This Privacy Policy applies to Walgame 1, a mobile game developed and published by Walsash ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

Walgame 1 is provided as a free-to-play, ad-supported application with optional in-app purchases.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use the game, how it is used, and the third-party services involved.

1. Information We Collect

Walgame 1 does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or other similar personal information in order to play the game.

However, the Application and third-party services integrated into it may automatically collect or process certain information, including:

• device and account identifiers;
• advertising identifiers, where permitted;
• device and operating system information;
• app interactions and usage information;
• gameplay activity and progress;

We do not operate our own servers for collecting or storing users' personal information.

3. Advertising

Walgame 1 uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process information such as IP addresses, device or account identifiers, advertising identifiers, user interactions with the Application, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information.

Depending on your region and consent choices, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where required by applicable law, Walgame 1 uses Google's consent management tools, including the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), to request and manage consent for advertising-related data processing.

If you do not consent to personalized advertising, or if personalized advertising is otherwise unavailable, advertising will be provided according to the privacy choices and settings applicable to you.

4. Analytics

Walgame 1 uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used and to improve its functionality, performance, and user experience.

Firebase Analytics may process information about app usage, interactions, device information, identifiers, and other analytics data.

Analytics data is not used by the Developer to identify you by your real-world identity.

Where required, analytics and advertising-related processing is controlled according to applicable consent requirements and your privacy choices.

5. Google Play Games Services

Walgame 1 uses Google Play Games Services for gaming-related functionality such as player authentication, game progress, statistics, achievements, leaderboards, or other supported gaming features.

When you use Google Play Games Services, Google may process information associated with your Google Play Games profile, player identifiers, gameplay activity, achievements, and related information.

This information is processed according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

6. In-App Purchases

Walgame 1 offers optional in-app purchases, including the ability to remove advertisements.

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.

The Developer does not receive or store your payment card or bank account details. Payment processing and related information are handled by Google according to Google's terms and privacy policies.

7. Third-Party Services

Walgame 1 uses third-party services that may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.

These services include:

• Google Play Services;
• Google Play Games Services;
• Google AdMob;
• Google Analytics for Firebase;
• Google Play Billing.

The Developer does not control the independent data-processing practices of these third-party services.

8. Data Sharing

The Developer does not sell your personal information.

Information may be transmitted to and processed by the third-party services described in this Privacy Policy as necessary to provide analytics, advertising, gaming functionality, purchases, security, fraud prevention, and other Application features.

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, and integrity of the Application, its users, or others.

9. Data Retention

The Developer does not maintain a separate database containing users' personal information.

Information processed by Google services is retained according to Google's applicable retention policies and your account or privacy settings.

Where the Developer has access to data through third-party service dashboards, such data is retained only as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and subject to the retention controls provided by those services.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your data.

You may also be able to control certain data processing through:

• the consent options presented within the Application;
• your Google account privacy settings;
• Android advertising privacy settings;
• Google Play Games settings;
• device privacy settings.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

11. Children

Walgame 1 is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under the age of 13.

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps regarding information under our control.

Walgame 1 may contain links to external websites, social media profiles, or other third-party services, including the Developer's social media pages.

When you follow an external link, you leave Walgame 1. The privacy practices of external websites and services are governed by their own privacy policies.

The Developer is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or services.

13. International Data Processing

Third-party service providers used by Walgame 1 may process information in countries other than the country in which you reside.

Such processing is subject to the privacy and data-protection practices and safeguards maintained by the relevant service providers and applicable law.

14. Security

The Developer takes reasonable measures to protect information under the Developer's control.

Third-party services used by Walgame 1 maintain their own technical and organizational security measures.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to Walgame 1, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
